Delivery

Whilst we make every effort to deliver Goods within the estimated timescales, delays are, however, occasionally inevitable as they may depend, among other things, on the availability of the Goods. We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Goods where the delay is beyond our control.

Although any dates quoted for delivery of the Goods are approximate only, the following delivery times are in our experience usual (these estimates exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays):

We always aim to deliver Goods as near to our estimated times as possible and in any event within 30 days of entering into a contract with you. If we are unable to deliver the Goods within this time, we will inform you of this. You will be free in this case to cancel the contract and we will reimburse you in full as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of cancellation.

We are happy to arrange for delivery of the Goods on your behalf other than by our usual means, however, any additional charges involved will need to be borne by you.

For delivery times to countries outside the UK, please contact us. We regret that there may be countries outside the UK to which we will not deliver Goods.

The cost for UK Mainland is £11.00 (up to 20 kg) – Thereafter it will be 45p per kg charged on top of the 20-kilo rate.

The cost for Scottish Highlands is £20.00 (up to 20 kg) – Thereafter it will be 55p per kg charged on top of the 20-kilo rate.

The cost for Northern Ireland is £11.00 (up to 20 kg) – Thereafter it will be £1.20 per kg charged on top of the 20-kilo rate.

Delivery Cut off time: The deadline for orders to be despatched for delivery the following working day is 2.00 pm. This deadline may not apply if we are unusually busy, if your order is unusually large or if the carrier’s vehicle has reached its weight limit.
